Refund Policy
Payment is required in advance.
We offer full refunds for web design services that have not yet been started.
Partial refunds may be offered for web design services that have been started but not yet completed, in proportion to the amount of work that has been done.
No refunds will be offered for web design services that have been completed and uploaded to the server.
Terms of Service
Provider agrees to provide Customer with the Website Design Services specified. Customer agrees to provide Provider with all necessary information and materials within 7 days of placing the order for Provider to complete the Website Design Services.
Provider agrees to provide the first draft of the website within 14 days of receiving payment. Typically sooner.
Provider will complete website edits within 7 business days of receiving payment, unless otherwise agreed upon. (Edits & Updates Option)
Provider will edit your Content in accordance with the instructions that you provide. Provider will use its best efforts to ensure that the Edited Content is accurate, grammatically correct, and well-written. (Edits & Updates Option)
There will be 2 rounds of edits. If Customer is not satisfied with the website, Customer may request revisions in writing. Provider will make reasonable efforts to accommodate Customer's requests, but Provider is not obligated to make any revisions that go beyond the scope of work. Additional revisions and revisions requested after publishing of the website may be subject to additional fees.
Provider's total liability under this Agreement shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by Customer. Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or revenue.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time upon written notice to the other party. If Customer terminates this Agreement before the website is completed, Customer will be responsible for paying Provider for all work completed up to the date of termination.
